Nadja did not choose photography, photography chose her. It all started with the family digital camera, but her interest evolved into a slight obsession after purchasing her first professional camera as a young adult. Nadja documented everything she saw and always had her lens ready. A short departure from her calling was done by taking studies in Art Direction, before finally realizing that the requests and bookings that were made for her as a photographer could make a career. In fact it already was one! Starting off as a freelancer in smaller projects while shaping her imagery, it was not long until she was offered a full time job as the in-house photographer at a renowned advertising agency. She stayed there for 18 months soaking in as much experience as possible.

Back at freelancing her client list and technical competence has kept growing at a fast pace. Nadja’s imagery is here & now, warm and personal. Her curiosity to play with light, and interact with what is in front of the camera keeps bringing her inspiration. She has a daylight studio just south of the city centre, but mostly you can find her working locations all over Sweden. Next? The world, we’re sure.
